Dominatrix's job may cloud claims of sexual misconduct against Greenburgh cops
The Ryebrook woman?s profession as a dominatrix may cloud the allegations of sexual misconduct against Greenburgh police officers, according to a former federal prosecutor.
Gina AnnaNoel Pane, 31, was arrested for DWI and possession of marijuana on January 21. Pane says police officers made lewd remarks, sexual suggestions and at one point, offered to dismiss the charges against her in exchange for sex. She filed a formal complaint against the department one week later.
Greenburgh Police Chief John Kapica says one officer has been suspended without pay and operation of the street crimes unit has been temporarily discontinued pending the outcome of investigations by police and the Westchester County District Attorney's office. The suspended officer allegedly engaged in sexual behavior with Pane after she was released from police custody.
