Racing fans told to 'hold their horses' at Yonkers Raceway

The new video lottery terminals are open for gamblers at Yonkers Raceway, however, racing enthusiasts will have to wait to place a bet.

Horse owners say qualifying races have taken place in anticipation of the track?s reopening.
