Dozens of residents in a Yonkers apartment building say they don't have hot water or heat.
Residents say the boiler inside their Highland Avenue building broke sometime last week, leaving them freezing inside their own homes.
The management company told News 12 that the heat was fixed late last night.
Residents say they don't feel any warmer.
