Elmsford woman killed crossing street

An Elmsford woman is dead after she was hit and killed while crossing a street on the border of Westchester and Connecticut this morning.



Police say the 51-year-old woman has just gotten off a Bee-Line bus when she was hit crossing King Street at Anderson Road in Greenwich, Connecticut.



She was transported to Greenwich Hospital, where she later died.



The driver of the car was not hurt. No charges have been filed yet, but the Greenwich Police Department continues to investigate the accident.
