Woodbury road reopens after snowy commute
A section of busy Route 6 reopened before noon Friday after it was closed for most of the morning commute.
Officials shut down Route 6 from exit 17 to the traffic circle after icy conditions caused several vehicles, including a tow truck, to get stuck.
The stretch of road was closed until Department of Public Works crews were able to treat the road, but conditions still appeared to be slick.
Several car accidents were reported nearby.
