Wednesday's Powerball winners may be out of state, but a $1 million winning ticket was sold in the Hudson Valley.
Hopeful Powerball players checked their tickets at the Stony Point Mini Mart to see if they had the $1 million winning ticket that lottery officials say was sold there.
The lesser prize is part of the historic $1.5 billion jackpot that netted big winners in California, Florida and Tennessee.
So far, the person who bought the $1 million winning ticket has not come forward.
Three $50,000 tickets were also purchased in Cortlandt Manor, Harrison and Newburgh.
