Monsey car break-in suspects caught on surveillance video

Several dozen residents in one area of Rockland County have woken up to their cars broken into and items stolen over the last two weeks.



The community of Monsey has seen a rash of nighttime break-ins to cars parked in driveways.



News 12 obtained exclusive surveillance video from residents in the neighborhood capturing two men rifling through a vehicle that was broken into. The faces of the thieves are clear.



Ramapo police officials say they will continue to investigate the break-ins and monitor the situation.



Residents say they will take every precaution to try and prevent future break-ins.
