Police arrest group of armed teens suspected in string of car break-ins
Police in Ramapo say they have arrested a heavily armed crew of teenagers allegedly responsible for a string of car break-ins.
Authorities say a semi-automatic pistol, a baton and a bulletproof vest were among the items the teens had.
All of the suspects are under the age of 17. Some are as young as 14.
They were arrested after getting pulled over for a traffic violation.
