NYC mayor, governor quarrel over homeless increase

The feud between New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio and Gov. Andrew Cuomo isn't taking a break for the holidays.



The latest squabble between the two Democrats centers on the increase in the city's homeless population.



Cuomo's aides say the city's failure to handle the homeless crisis requires a higher level of state intervention.



De Blasio's team points to the mayor's housing investment strategy, saying he won't wait for the state's help.
