Police investigate cold-case stabbing

Westchester police are on the hunt for two suspects they recently identified in the cold-case stabbing of a Pleasantville woman in her home last year.

Linda Misek Falkoff, 76, was found in her Grandview Avenue home in October 2014. Authorities now say they believe the attack was part of a burglary.

Police have not released the names of the suspects, but say they believe one of them had known Falkoff and still lives in the area.

They say they've already interviewed one of the suspects and are trying to speak with the other.

Police haven't released much information, but at least one of the suspects is also suspected in another burglary case, they say.

So far, no arrests have been made.
