Person possibly struck by Metro-North train
Metro-North police responded to reports of a person possibly struck south of the White Plains station on Ferris Avenue.
The incident occurred at around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday. White Plains police also responded to the scene.
There was no official word on the circumstances surrounding the incident, or the possible victim's condition.
About 30-minute delays were expected Tuesday night along Metro-North's Harlem line.
