Fundraiser held to benefit seizure research
Friends and family of a Tuckahoe native who drowned after suffering a seizure are raising money for research.
John Crimmins, 22, drowned in the Atlantic Ocean while swimming in New Jersey.
As a result, mourning friends and family created the John Crimmins Foundation in his name.
The charity held its first fundraiser Saturday at Tuck'd Away Bar and Grill in Tuckahoe.
