A new center for those with special needs in Westchester is being called one-of-a kind.
Gigi's Playhouse in Ardsley is a nonprofit that stands alone by solely devoting itself to helping children and adults with one genetic disorder: Down syndrome.
One-on-one tutoring for everything from math and reading to language development will be offered for people of all ages.
There are 24 Gigi's sites nationwide, but this marks the first in Westchester County.
