Police: Son of Yorktown supervisor arrested

The son of Yorktown Town Supervisor Michael Grace is facing legal trouble.

Police say Henry Grace, 22, stole $3,000 from a security box while at a party at a Yorktown home on Sunday.

Grace surrendered voluntarily on Tuesday, was processed and released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Town Court on August 18.

Henry Grace has been in trouble before. He has a felony conviction for stealing a car and leading police on a chase in 2012.
