Army faces troop cuts

More cuts are coming to the U.S. Army.

Military officials are expected to announce specific installations around the country that will be part of the next round of reductions.

Expected cuts will include eliminating some 40,000 troops by 2017.

The Obama administration has responded to budget constraints by pledging to scale the army back to its lowest troop level since before World War II.
