3-year-old falls out New Rochelle window

A 3-year-old boy was rushed to the hospital Wednesday after falling three stories out of a window in New Rochelle.
First responders say they rushed to 35 May St. at around 9:45 a.m.
Police say the boy lives on the second floor with his father, who is the superintendent of the building.
Authorities say the boy's father was in a separate part of the apartment at the time of the incident, and his mother was at work.
The window did not appear to have any metal guards on it.
The boy was taken to Westchester Medical Center and is expected to be OK.
Neighbors say the boy is named after his father and goes by the nickname "Juni."
Police say it appears to be an accident, and while they are still investigating, they don't expect to file any charges.
