A major cleanup is underway at the Eastchester Fish Gourmet restaurant after a 79-year-old driver rammed his car right into the middle of the dining room.
The restaurant is located along White Plains Road in Eastchester.
The driver reportedly stepped on the gas instead of the brakes, crashing into the dining room windows at the restaurant at around 1:30 p.m.
No one was injured in the crash, and the restaurant wasn't open at the time.
The restaurant plans to reopen later this week.
Police say the crash was an accident, and no charges will be filed against the driver.
