Eastchester man falls to his death in NYC

A young Westchester man fell to his death in New York City early Sunday morning.

Police say Nicholas DePippo was with friends around 6 a.m. watching the sun rise, when he fell.

They believe the 23-year-old went up on a walkway railing near 71st Street and may have slipped.

Authorities say he had previously been drinking, and fell on the jogging path below to his death.

The 23-year-old was an Eastchester High School graduate.
