Police say an Orange County teen was fatally shot over Mother's Day weekend.
Terence West, 16, was killed on Saturday. West, who was known to friends as "Chief," chronicled his inner city life on the streets of Newburgh through his rap music.
Police have not made any arrests in the deadly shooting, but a source says the teen may have been a member of a local gang called "The Ghosts."
Newburgh police are asking anyone with information about the deadly shooting to call them.
