The Bronx dad behind the wheel of a fiery crash in Yonkers that killed his young daughter has been arrested and charged in the case.
Farion Daley, 25, was arraigned in Yonkers City Court yesterday after a lengthy investigation by state police and the Westchester County District Attorney's Office.
Police say Daley was speeding on the Sprain Brook Parkway in Nov. 2013 and weaving between vehicles in his Nissan Altima when he lost control of the car and hit a tree near Jackson Avenue.
His 1-year-old daughter, Aniyah, who in the back seat, was killed
He is being charged with endangering the welfare of a child, second-degree reckless endangerment and reckless driving.
