A body was pulled from a creek in Peekskill Tuesday.
A person walking by McGregory Brook found the man's lifeless body floating in the shallow water.
Witnesses say he was wearing a red jacket, but officials say he was discovered with very few personal items.
Police also say they haven't received any missing person reports.
Police say they do not know who the man is or how he died.
