Teen who allegedly stabbed classmate out on reduced bail

The Spring Valley High School teen accused of stabbing a fellow classmate is out on bail this morning.

A judge reduced 16-year-old Christopher Bermeo's bail from a half-million dollars to $50,000. He's charged with attempted murder for allegedly stabbing a classmate with a pen knife at least four times.

Bermeo claims he was defending himself after being bullied.

He's been suspended and banned from school grounds.
