Thieves break into Yonkers restaurant

A Thai restaurant in Yonkers was robbed overnight, according to police.

Yonkers police are searching for two burglars who broke into Accent Thai Kitchen on McLean Avenue.

Cops arrived on the scene around 2:30 a.m. to find the doors and windows still locked down, and no damage. But when they went inside, they say $200 in cash was stolen from the register.

The owner says he believes the thieves broke in through the basement. He says they will continue business as usual today.
