Man arraigned at bedside after fatal wrong-way crash
Charges have been filed against a Yonkers man accused of driving the wrong way on the Sprain Brook Parkway and killing a NYPD detective. Efren Moreano, 20, is charged with second-degree vehicular manslaughter.

Charges have been filed against a Yonkers man accused of driving the wrong way on the Sprain Brook Parkway and killing a NYPD detective.
Efren Moreano, 20, is charged with second-degree vehicular manslaughter.
Moreano was arraigned Monday at Westchester Medical Center, where he is recovering from injuries sustained in the head-on collision in Greenburgh on Feb. 27.
Investigators say Moreano was intoxicated at the time, with a blood alcohol content of 0.11.
The crash killed 46-year-old NYPD Detective Paul Duncan, of Hartsdale.
