Ossining police seek suspected flasher

Police are searching for a man who allegedly exposed himself to a young girl in Ossining last week.

A 13-year-old girl was standing at a bus stop at North Highland and Yates avenues at around 7 a.m. when police say a man pulled up in a car beside her and fondled himself in front of her.

Lt. William Sullivan, of the Ossining Police Department, says the flasher may have been the driver of a black 1999 Mercury Sable that was captured on a nearby store's surveillance video.

Anyone with information about the identity of the man behind the wheel of the car is asked to call the Ossining Police Department at 914-941-4099.
