Police: 3 arrested in Buchanan home invasion

Police have arrested three men they say stormed into a Buchanan home last night, tied up the homeowner and robbed his house while his infant child was in the other room.

After a chase involving several police departments in Putnam County and northern Westchester, police say they arrested Johnnie Thomas, 37, Anthony Harris, 21, and Ivan Marrero, also 21. All of them live in the Shinnacock section of Somers, police say.

Authorities say they are still searching for another suspect, 29-year-old Scott Briscoe, who along with the other men allegedly burst into 220 Tate Ave. just after 8 p.m. yesterday armed with a handgun and shotgun.

Police say no one was injured in the home invasion.
