A trial date has been set for a Bronx man who's accused of intentionally starting a fire that resulted in the death of one Yonkers firefighter and the injury of two others.

Rafael Roldan is set to stand trial on Sept. 8 in Westchester County Court on arson, assault and murder charges.

Roldan is accused of starting a fire in a Waverly Street apartment in October that killed firefighter Patrick Joyce. Joyce and two others were forced to jump from a third-floor window.
