4th suspect in Buchanan home invasion caught

The fourth suspect in a Buchanan home invasion was caught in Delaware last week for his part in allegedly tying up a young father and robbing him while his infant daughter was in the other room.

Scott Briscoe, 29, is on his way back to Westchester County after he was arrested while staying at a friend's house in Delaware.

Briscoe faces robbery and weapons possession charges for his alleged connection to the Monday home invasion. Briscoe joins three other suspects who've already been arrested for their alleged connection to the incident.
