Horace Greeley H.S. meets 'The Challenge' again

Students and teachers at Horace Greeley High School in Chappaqua are celebrating their team's second victory in three years on "The Challenge" quiz show.

Over the course of several weeks, 184 high schools from the tri-state area competed on "The Challenge," but Horace Greeley came out on top, defeating Long Island's Kellenberg Memorial High School in the final round. It aired last night on MSG Varsity.

The Horace Greeley team practiced three times a week, but participants say that what they learned in the regular classroom throughout the year helped them get prepared for "The Challenge."

The winning game will air again this weekend on News 12.
