Medical examiner: Man found in creek drowned

The Westchester medical examiner's office announced yesterday that the man found in the Eastchester creek yesterday had drowned.

The medical examiner's office also said that there appears to be no evidence of foul play in the man's death.

Investigators say they found the man floating near a bridge after someone made the gruesome discovery and called police.

Police say they are still unsure of the events that lead up to the man's death or his identity.
