Income discrimination law may face veto-override attempt

County lawmakers say they are preparing to override County Executive Rob Astorino?s (R-Westchester) veto of a bill that bans income discrimination in rental housing.

Astorino?s office explained that he believes the law is flawed and possibly unconstitutional.

The Legislature says it is willing to work with Astorino to work out a solution, but if that doesn?t happen, it is prepared to try to override the veto.
