Cops eye surveillance cams for suspected Yonkers killers

Yonkers police are poring through surveillance camera videos for any clue that could lead them to the killer or killers responsible for a double murder in which four other people were shot earlier this week.

A known gang leader, Kasheem Little, and Carlton McLeod, 23, were killed in the shooting at the Cromwell Tower Apartments on Locust Hill Avenue. According to family members, Little had recently resigned himself from gang life.

A 17-year-old girl and a 5-year-old boy were among the four others shot. All four have been listed in stable condition.

Police say there have been eight homicides in Yonkers this year.
