Arrests made in slaying of Ben Novack Jr.
The wife of a Florida businessman killed in the Rye Town Hilton has been charged in his death along with her brother and two others, authorities say.
The victim in the July 12, 2009 slaying was 53-year-old Ben Novack Jr., son of the founder of the storied Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach.
Narcy Novack was arrested in Florida. Authorities say that Narcy Novack allowed the other suspects into the hotel and gave them a pillow to put over her husband's face as he was beaten to death.
Officials say a fourth suspect is still being sought.AP wire services were used in this report.
