Iconic Macy's display designed by some of HV's own

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas, especially in the Macy's store windows in Manhattan, and this year, some of the Hudson Valley's own has helped design the iconic window displays.

Nyack-native Josh Zangen was a member of a team of designers who created the scenes that look as if they are straight from the North Pole.

Troy Atkinson, who works at the Production Resource Groups shop in New Windsor, also had a hand, saying that almost 95 percent of the displays were made in his shop, as well.

The director of windows for Macy's says that the displays are a year in the making.
