Rally held in remembrance of slain Pace University student

Hundreds turned out yesterday for a rally at the Bethel Baptist Church to remember Danroy Henry who was killed last month by police officers.

Henry was killed outside a Thornwood bar after police say he struck two officers with his car.

In attendance, friends of Henry who were allegedly arrested for obstructing police, however they say they were only trying to help save Henry?s life.

Those in attendance were calling for the U.S. Department of Justice to take over the investigation.

Many also just wanted answers as to why Henry was shot and why the six others were arrested.
