Cold snap strikes the Hudson Valley

Winter may still be two weeks off, but in the Hudson Valley temperatures have dipped into the 20s for daytime highs.

The low temperatures have sent residents scrambling for extra layers to battle the cold.

For many it wasn't the temperature that was the issue, but the winds which make it feel even colder.

For many, the cold is a nuisance, meaning they have to wear gloves, hats and scarves, but some are reveling in the cold.
