Indictment expected in Laura Garza murder case

The Orange County District Attorney is expected to announce an indictment in the Laura Garza murder case at a press conference tomorrow.

Officials say Michael Mele is the prime suspect in the disappearance and death of the Brooklyn resident in December 2008.

Garza's remains were found in April in a field in Pennsylvania.

Mele, a convicted sex offender, has been in prison on a parole violation and was scheduled to be released on Christmas Eve.
