Roach concedes to Castelli in 89th Assembly District

Democrat Thomas Roach has conceded to Republican incumbent Robert Castelli in the tight race for the 89th state Assembly District seat in central Westchester.

More than a month after Election Day, and after 42,000 ballots were cast, Castelli was ahead with just 111 votes.

Castelli won a special election for the seat in February to fill the remainder of Adam Bradley's term after he became White Plains mayor.
