Anthony DiSimone to be sentenced Monday for 1994 killing

After 17 years, the family of Louis Balancio can finally see justice served when his killer is sentenced tomorrow.

Anthony DiSimone plead guilty to the 1994 killing outside a Yonkers bar.

DiSimone had previously been found guilty of the murder but was released on a technicality after serving seven years in prison.

DiSimone is expected to receive between three and a half and ten and a half years in prison. He will be credited the seven years previously served on whatever sentence the judge decides upon.
