Narcy Novack back in White Plains federal court

A Florida woman accused of arranging her millionaire husband's killing is complaining about spending months in jail before her New York trial.

Narcy Novack of Fort Lauderdale erupted Thursday at the defensetable in federal court. Lawyers and the judge were trying to agreeon a date for the next court session when Novack's lawyer mentionedhe would be away for a week in February.

Novack spoke to him loudly enough for the entire courtroom tohear. She told him: "While you're away, I'm going to be herelocked up in Valhalla."

Valhalla is the location of New York's Westchester County jail,which houses federal prisoners before trial.

The 53-year-old Novack is accused in the July 2009 beating deathof Ben Novack Jr. in a suburban New York hotel room.
