Cops seek information in 2 unsolved Newburgh murders

Police are now asking for the public's help in their investigation into two unsolved murders in the City of Newburgh.

Last Thursday, Everton Fray, a father of five, was found shot to death inside of a Chambers Street apartment. While neighbors and friends say that Fray was frequently on the streets, they're not aware of any reason someone would want to kill him.

On Dec. 5, Jeffrey Henry, a father of seven, was fatally shot in front of 54 Chambers St., just a short distance away from where Fray was found.

Anyone with information on either incident is being asked to contact Newburgh police at (845) 561-3131.
