Eatery in Cuomo's hometown cooks up special tribute

With Mount Kisco resident Andrew Cuomo set to take over as governor of New York tomorrow, one eatery there is giving him hearty honors: they've named a soup for him.

The owner of Via Vanti!, an Italian eatery located in the historic Mount Kisco train station, says her shop will serve a soup called 'Lago di Cuomo' for the next three months.

The soup is a puree of winter greens like zucchini and escarole. It's served with a crostini, topped with goat cheese, tomato and basil.

The inaugural soup will be served beginning tomorrow and the owner of Via Vanti! says customers can come in for a free taste during the month of January.
