Family of man beaten to death vows to seek justice

Family members of a Yonkers man who was beaten to death say they're heartbroken and angry, and they plan on fighting until justice is served.

Police say Robert Lopez, 50, died after he was viciously assaulted outside Sal's Bar in Yonkers on May 17. Lopez suffered extreme trauma to the brain and spent several days in a coma before he died on May 20.

Relatives say the security guard was a sweet and gentle man who loved his family.
