Warwick boy hospitalized after falling from 2-story window

A young boy was rushed to the hospital yesterday morning after falling from a second-story window in his Warwick home.

Police say the boy fell at around 9:30 a.m. They say his mother ran outside screaming, then called 911. A carpenter working at the home on Jessup Road says he pulled up and spotted the boy crying on his knees. The carpenter says the boy's mother rode with her son in the ambulance on the way to the hospital. "He seemed fine," the carpenter said. "He was moving his arms and legs, crying. He's very lucky."
