Victim in alleged religious-based arson attack posts video online

The victim in last week's alleged New Square arson attack has spoken out for the first time in a video clip on YouTube.

The clip shows Aron Rottenberg, speaking in Yiddish, in his hospital bed covered in burns and bandages.

In the clip, translated by local journalist Yossi Gestetner, Rottenberg says he laments the actions of some within the community for taking an issue to a personal level and acting upon it.

Police have arrested Shaul Spitzer, 18, in connection with the attack, which allegedly was due to what synagogue Rottenberg chose to pray at.
