William Watkins-Gomes, of Yonkers, sentenced in 2013 fatal car crash that killed girlfriend

A Yonkers man was sentenced today in a fatal car crash that killed his girlfriend in 2013.



William Watkins-Gomes was sentenced to 16 months to four years in prison for the August crash that killed 31-year-old Kelly Williams.



Officials say Watkins-Gomes was drunk and high on marijuana when he was driving on West Sandford Boulevard in Mount Vernon.



Watkins-Gomes admitted to vehicular manslaughter, DWI and reckless driving.
