Jury continues deliberations in Yonkers teacher's sex-abuse case

The jury is continuing deliberations in the trial of a Yonkers high school teacher accused of sexually abusing a number of male students.

Dean Martin, who taught at Saunders Trades and Technical High School, is also accused of forging some students' grades and attendance records as a means to win the boys over.

The defense claims that Martin was targeted by the boys as a cover for their own grade-changing scam.

If convicted, Martin faces seven years in prison.
