Bengal Tiger restaurant sued by 2 local businesses
The owners of the Bengal Tiger, an Indian restaurant destroyed by fire in July 2010, are now being sued by two nearby businesses, who also experienced losses from the fire.
The owners of Lyric Hi-Fi and Video and Apogee Pilates and Wellness Center claim in their lawsuit that the Bengal Tiger's owners stored highly combustible materials in their restaurant, which caused the massive fire last year.
The fire destroyed the restaurant and caused serious damage to seven other businesses in the area, including the two named as plaintiffs in the lawsuit.
