Yorktown deli provides warmth to storm victims

People without power in Northern Westchester have been going to Steinmann's Deli in Yorktown for food and heat.

The store on Gomer Street is one of the few businesses in the area that does have power after the weekend's massive storm.

Jacob Steinmann says that since they were fortunate to be up and running, they owed it to neighbors to help them get through the power outages. "I definitely have empathy for them. I've been getting up early, trying to get everything together for them, cause we know we're going to be busy, so they can get what they need."

Some customers say NYSEG has told them not to expect power to turn back on until the end of the week.
