Northern Westchester still shut down due to storm

Northern Westchester County appears to be one of the hardest hit areas from the weekend's storm.

Many towns like Lewisboro are virtually shut down. Businesses are closed due to power lines being down and utility poles, which have split right in half.

Drivers in the region are having to yield on their own as traffic lights are out.

On Route 35, heavy trees leaning on wires combined with cars and trucks driving underneath them poses serious dangers.

Residents say there are several places giving out dry ice including the South Salem and Pound Ridge firehouses. Also, Lewisboro Town Hall is open for charging cell phones, and Club Fit is offering their facilities for those who need showers.
